1. Refund Policy
1.1 All purchases—whether for Hourly Rate Services, the One-Time Setup (Pro Plan), or the Agency Setup—are refundable only within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
1.2 If a valid refund request is submitted within the 7-day window, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
1.3 All refund requests must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the details of the service purchased and the reason for the refund.
2. One-Time Setup (Pro Plan)
2.1 The One-Time Setup is a 30-day service designed to implement GoHighLevel automations and technical infrastructure.
2.2 The first draft is delivered within 7–14 days of the contract start date. This is a functional prototype, not the final version.
2.3 The following 16–23 days are reserved for client-requested revisions, forming part of the original 30-day project timeline.
2.4 Clients must provide timely access, information, and assets. Delays on the client’s end will extend the timeline but are not grounds for a refund.
2.5 Third-party software integrations are not included and will incur separate charges and timelines if requested.
2.6 The goal of the One-Time Setup is to establish the technical infrastructure of your business system using GoHighLevel—not to guarantee lead generation, appointment booking, or revenue outcomes.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 Artifgency’s services cover GoHighLevel-related technical setup only—automation workflows, CRM configuration, pipeline structures, custom fields, and system logic.
3.2 Marketing, paid traffic, content production, and sales strategy are excluded from all standard offerings.
3.3 Services like branding, ad campaigns, or social media content are considered out of scope and must be contracted separately.
4. No Business Results Guarantee
4.1 Artifgency guarantees timely, professional delivery of the services defined in each agreement, but makes no guarantees of business results.
4.2 Factors like lead generation, customer acquisition, or increased revenue depend on external market variables and are not guaranteed by our services.
5. Agency Setup
5.1 The Agency Setup plan includes ongoing technical support, backend optimization, and system improvements—not marketing services.
5.2 Support may include automation updates, logic changes, error resolution, or system scaling as needed.
5.3 Campaign execution, funnel copywriting, ad traffic, or other marketing activities are not included.
5.4 A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Payment is due for the full current billing cycle regardless of when cancellation is initiated.
6. Hourly Rate Services
6.1 Clients may engage Artifgency at an hourly rate for tasks including CRM setup, automation, technical consulting, or GHL-related fixes.
6.2 The current hourly rate is $16/hour, with prior approval required for estimated hours before work begins.
6.3 The service requires a minimum of 20 hours/month and allows a maximum of 40 hours/month at this rate. Additional hours must be contracted separately.
6.4 Clients must provide 2 weeks' notice to terminate the contract. Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
7. Weekend Availability
7.1 Artifgency operates during Monday–Friday business hours. Weekend work is not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
8. External Relations with Team Members
8.1 Clients may not engage with Artifgency team members, freelancers, or contractors for work outside of Artifgency without prior written consent. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the contract and/or legal consequences.
9. Contract Termination & Modifications
9.1 Agency Setup: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel. Clients are responsible for that final month’s billing.
9.2 Hourly Services: A 2-week notice is required. All billable hours until the end of that period will be invoiced.
9.3 One-Time Setup: This contract is active for 30 days and may only be canceled or modified by mutual written agreement.
10. Exclusions
10.1 The following are not included in any plan: marketing services, email campaigns, paid ads, lead generation, content production, or branding.
10.2 Any such services must be contracted separately and are subject to additional fees and timelines.
11. Data Security & Confidentiality
11.1 Artifgency is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information and complies with relevant data privacy regulations.
11.2 Clients are responsible for the accuracy of any data shared for automation, system setup, or account management.
11.3 While Artifgency implements security best practices, it is not liable for data breaches caused by third-party tools, client-side access issues, or events outside our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Artifgency’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
12.2 Artifgency will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, missed opportunities, or third-party service failures.
